TFG has expanded to multiple locations throughout the United States and encompasses some of the most talented advisors and specialists within the industry. The company is comprised of over 120 employees with its headquarters in Newport Beach and throughout Southern California as well as Hawaii, Colorado, Ohio, and Texas. For the past 30 consecutive years, GAMA International (an international organization dedicated to supporting the professional development of held leaders in the insurance and financial services industry) has presented Tax & Financial Group with various prestigious awards including Master Agency and Master Firm awards.
In 2002, Dick was inducted into GAMA International’s Management Hall of Fame. Each year since 1974, this award has been presented to one individual that comprises outstanding leadership in the insurance and financial services industry. The honor is determined by the individual’s contributions in the areas of productivity, industry involvement, and community initiatives. Dick served as the President of GAMA International’s Board of Directors from 1998-1999.

Both awards are given based on agency management skills and production abilities as well as general character, quality of leadership and accomplishments within the insurance field.
