Dick is the CEO and founder of Tax & Financial Group. His experience revolves around the estate and business applications of life insurance.

Dick graduated form Loyola University of Los Angeles with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts and a degree in International Business from American Graduate School of International Management.

Dick is a member of several national organizations and is a past President of GAMA International. He has been a Board Member of GAMA Foundation, LIFE, Research Agency Group and several non-profit organizations, including the Orange County Make-A-Wish Chapter. He has been a frequent speaker at numerous industry functions in the US, Canada and the Pacific Rim.

He holds a Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 63, and 65 securities registration as well as being licensed for life and disability insurance. Dick is a registered representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. Tax & Financial Group, an affiliate of Securian is independently operated.

Dick and his wife, Tracie, live in Newport Beach, CA.
